These Terms of Service govern your use of paulareiswatches.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paula Reis Watches. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell to you.
2. Using the Site
By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to transmit malicious code, and not to scrape, copy or resell any part of the Site or its content without our written permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order — in particular where an order appears to be placed by a dealer or reseller.
3. Products
Paula Reis Watches sells timepieces under its own brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a distributor for any other watch manufacturer.
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but the colours you see depend on your screen, and slight variations between the photographs and the item you receive are possible. Product specifications are described on each product page.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place the order. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you first.
5. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. You agree to provide accurate, complete billing and account information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.
6. Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery is free on orders over €80. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees: delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control may occur, and we will keep you informed if they do. Under EU law, if we have not delivered within 30 days and we cannot agree a new date with you, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by you as the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.
7. Returns, refunds and guarantees
You have a 30-day right to return your order, and a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. The full terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, product photography, designs, logos and the Paula Reis name — is our property or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. User content
If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and publish them in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is yours to share, is not unlawful, defamatory or offensive, and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
11. Liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to comply with these Terms or by our negligence.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under Spanish product liability law, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for private and domestic use.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or withdraw it for maintenance.
12. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party websites or make third-party tools available. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their own terms and policies before using them.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country in which you reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@paulareiswatches.com — we aim to resolve issues directly and quickly. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may refer the matter to the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) or to the consumer authority of your region, without prejudice to your right to go to court.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Please check this page periodically.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
