How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.

How long does delivery take?

Your watch usually arrives within 2 to 3 weeks after your order. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track your order page. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, local import taxes or duties may apply on delivery. If you have a doubt, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what to expect.

Returns & guarantee

Can I return my watch?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return your watch. Contact us at info@paulareiswatches.com and we will send you the return instructions. Full details are in our returns & refunds policy.

Is my watch guaranteed?

Every watch is covered by the 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.

What if my watch arrives damaged?

Contact us with a photo of the problem and your order number, and we will find a solution with you.

Payment

Is payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify and your payment details are encrypted. We never see or store your card number.

Your automatic watch

How does an automatic watch work?

An automatic watch has no battery. It winds itself with the natural movement of your wrist. Worn every day, it keeps running on its own.

My watch has stopped. Is it broken?

Probably not. If you have not worn it for a day or two, the power reserve simply ran out. Turn the crown gently clockwise about 20 to 30 times, set the time, and wear it.

Is my watch waterproof?

Our watches are water resistant to 3 bar: they handle rain, splashes and hand washing. Do not swim, shower or dive with them, and never use the crown when the watch is wet.

How do I take care of my watch?

Avoid shocks, strong magnetic fields (speakers, phones placed on top) and extreme temperatures. Clean the case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth.
