Shipping Method

We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination.

We are providing international shipping. However, due to some postal problems, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military areas and some small countries.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centres in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, rest assured they are on the way. 

We ship orders from two different fulfillment centers, (Austin, Texas and Shanghai, China) by domestic and oversea mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. 

Domestic shipments from Austin, Texas: 6 - 9 Business Days.

International shipments from Shanghai, China: 12 - 20 Business Days.

Tracking: 

All items shipped are accompanied with a tracking number, we will send you email updates so you will always know the status of your item(s).

All items shipped are accompanied with a tracking number, however, it usually takes 4 - 5 days for the tracking information to update. 4 - 5 days after your item has shipped you will receive an email notification with your working tracking information. 

Payment

We offer safe and completely secure shopping. We accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card, VISA, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. Though all products are set in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

After Purchase

Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your ID card or tracking number to find out its status.

Step 2: If you can not find out anything, contact our Customer Service department by sending a message to contact@holotastic.com and provide your shipping address again.

Step 3: If the address you provided in the email matches with your shipping address in our system, we are willing to send you a replacement or refund you 50%. Please be notified that these 2 options are our final solution for your request.

If not, it was probably your error as an incorrectly entered address, thus we could not deliver your packet. In this situation, we would we cannot refund/replace the item(s).

In case of providing us an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to contact@holotastic.com and provide us your correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you.

If your order was shipped out, we are really sorry that we are not able to change it for you nor are we able to offer a refund/replacement. However, still please reach out because depending on the situation we may offer partial or full refunds. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and possibly pictures illustrating the issue.

Yes. Refunds are only issued for items that have been damaged. If you receive an item and decide you no longer like it, unfortunately we can only offer an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
