PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).
Shipping fee worldwide is FREE
An order processing can take between 1-3 business days from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
After such time you will get an email to notify that your order is on its way. Shipping times will vary by location.
Before you finalize your order, you'll be given various delivery options to choose. The parcel may take up to 4-17 days after the order processing confirmation in order to arrive to it's final destination (depending on the chosen delivery method).
Shipping methods and processes are constantly being updated and reviewed - we are exploring additional options to try to ensure faster delivery times.
We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. If you have any issues or questions please get in touch with Customer Care.
(Please note we are not responsible for orders that did not arrive due to factors beyond our control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not cleared by customs, the order was stolen, etc.)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received and with a manufacturing defect or damaged. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return costs are paid by our costs only if the watch(s) have a manufacturing defect, otherwise they will be at your expense.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a notification about your returned item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out your return.
One (1) year international warranty from Paulareis
The one (1) year limited warranty offered by Paulareis is the manufacturer's warranty. It provides rights distinct from the rights provided by the law of consumption, including, but not limited to, the rights of non-conforming goods. Paulareis Limited Warranty benefits are in addition to, and do not replace, the rights provided by consumer protection laws.
Your Paulareis watch is warranted by Paulareis group, Inc. * for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, under the terms of this warranty. Paulareis warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the invoice or distributor's stamp in the warranty booklet is required as proof of purchase.
During the warranty period, the movement, hands and dial of the watch are the only components covered by this warranty. The covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced at no charge for components or labor, if the material or workmanship is found to be defective under normal use.
In case of replacement, Paulareis can not guarantee that you will receive a watch of the same model. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty on the replacement watch ends one (1) year after the date the replacement watch is received.
